Article L4424-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The representative of the State in the territorial collectivity of Corsica may ask the territorial collectivity of Corsica to amend the planning and sustainable development plan in order to allow the implementation of a project of general interest or an operation of national interest meeting the conditions set in application of the articles L. 102-1 and L. 102-12 of the town planning code.

If, within six months of this request being sent to the President of the Executive Council, the amendment procedure has not been completed, a decree is issued by the Conseil d’Etat. In the event of an emergency, the amendment may be made without delay by decree of the Council of Ministers.

Article L4424-15

Le représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité territoriale de Corse peut demander à la collectivité territoriale de Corse la modification du plan d’aménagement et de développement durable afin de permettre la réalisation d’un projet d’intérêt général ou d’une opération d’intérêt national répondant aux conditions fixées en application des articles L. 102-1 et L. 102-12 du code de l’urbanisme.

Si, dans un délai de six mois à compter de cette demande adressée au président du conseil exécutif, la procédure de modification n’a pas abouti, il y est procédé par décret en Conseil d’Etat. En cas d’urgence, il peut être procédé à la modification sans délai par décret en conseil des ministres.
