Article L4424-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The territorial collectivity of Corsica defines, on the basis of the principle of territorial continuity designed to mitigate the constraints of insularity and under the conditions of article L. 4425-26, the terms and conditions for organising sea and air transport between the island and any destination in mainland France, in particular with regard to services and fares.

La collectivité territoriale de Corse définit, sur la base du principe de continuité territoriale destiné à atténuer les contraintes de l’insularité et dans les conditions de l’article L. 4425-26, les modalités d’organisation des transports maritimes et aériens entre l’île et toute destination de la France continentale, en particulier en matière de desserte et de tarifs.
