Article L4424-28 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Corsican regional authority may participate, through the payment of endowments, in the constitution of an investment fund with a private equity company whose purpose is to provide equity capital to companies.

The total amount of endowments paid by the regional authority may not exceed 50% of the total amount of the fund.

The Corsican regional authority will enter into an agreement with the company managing the fund, setting out, in particular, the purpose, amount and operation of the investment fund, the procedures for informing the regional authority by the company and the conditions for returning the endowments paid in the event of the fund being modified or ceasing to operate.

La collectivité territoriale de Corse peut participer, par versement de dotations, à la constitution d’un fonds d’investissement auprès d’une société de capital-investissement ayant pour objet d’apporter des fonds propres à des entreprises.

Le montant total des dotations versées par la collectivité territoriale ne peut pas excéder 50 % du montant total du fonds.

La collectivité territoriale de Corse passe avec la société gestionnaire du fonds une convention déterminant notamment, l’objet, le montant et le fonctionnement du fonds d’investissement, les modalités d’information de la collectivité territoriale par la société ainsi que les conditions de restitution des dotations versées en cas de modification ou de cessation d’activité de ce fonds.
