Article L4424-41 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The conditions under which the Corsican regional authority exercises its supervisory power over the tourism offices and the tourism agency are defined by deliberation of the Corsican Assembly. The territorial collectivity may modify or revoke the acts of these establishments when they are contrary to the guidelines it has set or to its budgetary decisions.

Les conditions dans lesquelles la collectivité territoriale de Corse exerce son pouvoir de tutelle sur les offices et sur l’agence du tourisme sont définies par délibération de l’Assemblée de Corse. La collectivité territoriale peut modifier ou rapporter les actes de ces établissements lorsqu’ils sont contraires aux orientations qu’elle a fixées ou à ses décisions budgétaires.
