Article L4425-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The appropriations required for the operation of the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council and, where applicable, for the carrying out of its studies are the subject of a separate entry in the budget of the Corsican regional authority.

They are notified, each year, after the budget has been voted, to the president of the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council by the president of the Corsican Executive Council.

Les crédits nécessaires au fonctionnement du conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Corse et, le cas échéant, à la réalisation de ses études font l’objet d’une inscription distincte au budget de la collectivité de Corse.

Ils sont notifiés, chaque année, après le vote du budget, au président du conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Corse par le président du conseil exécutif de Corse.
