Article L4431-1 of the French Public Health Code

The following provisions of Book I of this Part, in their wording resulting from Law no. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019 on the organisation and transformation of the healthcare system, are applicable in the territory of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, subject to the adaptations provided for in Articles L. 4431-2 to L. 4431-10:

– Title I, except for articles L. 4112-1 to L. 4112-5 and L. 4113-9 to L. 4113-12 ;

– the first paragraph of article L. 4122-2 and Chapter VII of Title II ;

– Chapter I of Title III, except for articles L. 4131-4 and L. 4131-5 ;

– Chapter I of Title IV ;

– Chapter I of Title V ;

– Title VI.

Article L4431-1

Les dispositions suivantes du livre Ier de la présente partie, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2019-774 du 24 juillet 2019 relative à l’organisation et à la transformation du système de santé sont applicables dans le territoire des Terres australes et antarctiques françaises, sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux articles L. 4431-2 à L. 4431-10 :

– le titre Ier, sauf les articles L. 4112-1 à L. 4112-5 et L. 4113-9 à L. 4113-12 ;

– le premier alinéa de l’article L. 4122-2 et le chapitre VII du titre II ;

– le chapitre Ier du titre III, sauf les articles L. 4131-4 et L. 4131-5 ;

– le chapitre Ier du titre IV ;

– le chapitre Ier du titre V ;

– le titre VI.
