The regions of Guadeloupe, Mayotte and Réunion may, with the agreement of the authorities of the Republic, be associate members of regional bodies, mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 3441-3, or observers to them.
The regional councils of these regions may submit to the Government any proposals for France’s membership of such bodies.
Les régions de Guadeloupe, de Mayotte et de la Réunion peuvent, avec l’accord des autorités de la République, être membres associés des organismes régionaux, mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3441-3, ou observateurs auprès de ceux-ci.
Les conseils régionaux de ces régions peuvent saisir le Gouvernement de toutes propositions tendant à l’adhésion de la France à de tels organismes.
