Article L4433-4-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The regional cooperation funds set up respectively for Guadeloupe, La Réunion and Mayotte are funded by State appropriations and may receive allocations from the département, the region, any other public authority and any public body.

In Guadeloupe, La Réunion and Mayotte, the management committee of the regional cooperation fund, placed under the authority of the State representative and made up equally of representatives of the State and representatives of the regional council and the general council, shall draw up the list of operations eligible for the regional cooperation fund as well as the subsidy rate applicable to each of them.

A decree in the Council of State shall set out the terms and conditions for the application of this article.

Les fonds de coopération régionale institués respectivement pour la Guadeloupe, pour La Réunion et pour Mayotte sont alimentés par des crédits de l’Etat et peuvent recevoir des dotations du département, de la région, de toute autre collectivité publique et de tout organisme public.

En Guadeloupe, à La Réunion et à Mayotte, le comité de gestion du fonds de coopération régionale, placé auprès du représentant de l’Etat et composé paritairement de représentants de l’Etat et de représentants du conseil régional et du conseil général, arrête la liste des opérations éligibles au fonds de coopération régionale ainsi que le taux de subvention applicable à chacune d’elles.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe les modalités d’application du présent article.
