Article L4441-1 of the French Public Health Code

For application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the following is added to article L. 4132-1:

“An agreement between the national council of the order and the body of the order in New Caledonia, on the one hand, and the body of the order in French Polynesia, on the other hand, sets out the conditions under which the body of the order is represented on the national council and the procedures for coordination between these two institutions. “

Pour son application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, l’article L. 4132-1 est ainsi complété :

” Une convention entre le conseil national de l’ordre et l’organe de l’ordre de la Nouvelle-Calédonie, d’une part, et celui de la Polynésie française, d’autre part, fixe les conditions de la représentation de l’organe de l’ordre auprès du conseil national ainsi que les modalités de coordination entre ces deux institutions. “
