Article L4441-13 of the French Public Health Code

In New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the court of first instance of the dental surgeons’ association is made up of a disciplinary chamber made up of full assessors and an equal number of alternates elected by the body of the dental surgeons’ association of New Caledonia or that of French Polynesia, or, failing this, by the National Council.

En Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, la juridiction de première instance de l’ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes est constituée par une chambre disciplinaire composée d’assesseurs titulaires et un nombre égal de suppléants élus par l’organe de l’ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou celui de la Polynésie française, ou, à défaut, par le Conseil national.
