In New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the court of first instance of the Association of Midwives is constituted by a disciplinary chamber composed of full assessors and an equal number of alternates elected by the body of the Association of Midwives of New Caledonia or that of French Polynesia, or, failing that, by the national council.
En Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, la juridiction de première instance de l’ordre des sages-femmes est constitué par une chambre disciplinaire composée d’assesseurs titulaires et un nombre égal de suppléants élus par l’organe de l’ordre des sages-femmes de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou celui de la Polynésie française, ou, à défaut, par le conseil national.
