Article L4443-4-1 of the French Public Health Code

A case may be referred to the Disciplinary Chamber by the President of the Government of New Caledonia or French Polynesia, the Public Prosecutor, the State representative, the President of the National Council, the President of the Association body of New Caledonia or French Polynesia, a pharmacist entered on the roll of the Association or, under conditions determined by decree, a private individual in the event of a breach of the code of ethics for pharmacists applicable locally.

Appearance before the disciplinary chamber is compulsory if expressly requested by the President of the Government of New Caledonia or French Polynesia or by the Public Prosecutor.

La chambre disciplinaire peut être saisie par le président du gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de la Polynésie française, le procureur de la République, le représentant de l’Etat, le président du conseil national, le président de l’organe de l’ordre de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de la Polynésie française, par un pharmacien inscrit au tableau de l’ordre ou, dans des conditions déterminées par décret, un particulier en cas de manquement au code de déontologie des pharmaciens applicable localement.

La comparution en chambre disciplinaire est obligatoire si elle est demandée expressément par le président du gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou de la Polynésie française ou bien par le procureur de la République.
