Article L4443-6 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the following is added to article L. 4231-4:

“An agreement between the Conseil national de l’ordre and the professional body of New Caledonia on the one hand, and that of French Polynesia on the other hand, sets out the terms of coordination between these two institutions.”

Pour son application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, l’article L. 4231-4 est ainsi complété :

“Une convention entre le conseil national de l’ordre et l’organe de l’ordre de la Nouvelle-Calédonie d’une part, et celui de la Polynésie française d’autre part fixe les modalités de coordination entre ces deux institutions.”
