Article L450-6 of the French Commercial code

The rapporteur general shall designate, for the examination of each case, one or more agents of the investigating departments to the functions of rapporteur.At its written request, the authority to which the agents mentioned in II of Article L. 450-1 shall without delay place at its disposal, in the number and for the duration that it has indicated, the agents necessary to carry out the operations mentioned in Article L. 450-4.

Le rapporteur général désigne, pour l’examen de chaque affaire, un ou plusieurs agents des services d’instruction aux fonctions de rapporteur.A sa demande écrite, l’autorité dont dépendent les agents mentionnés au II de l’article L. 450-1 met sans délai à sa disposition, en nombre et pour la durée qu’il a indiqués, les agents nécessaires à la réalisation des opérations mentionnées à l’article L. 450-4.
