Each inter-company occupational health and prevention service is subject to a certification procedure, carried out by an independent body, with the aim of making an assessment using benchmarks on :
1° The quality and effectiveness of the services provided as part of the core set of services;
2° The organisation and continuity of the service and the quality of the procedures followed;
3° Financial management, pricing and its development;
4° Compliance of personal data processing with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms;
5° Compliance of the information systems and digital services or tools intended to be used by the healthcare professionals practising on behalf of the inter-company occupational health and prevention service with the interoperability and security reference frameworks mentioned in Article L. 4624-8-2 of this code.
The reference systems and the principles guiding the preparation of the certification specifications are laid down by regulation, on a proposal from the national occupational health and prevention committee referred to in Article L. 4641-2-1. In the absence of a proposal from the committee by the end of a period determined by decree, these standards and principles are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
