Any dismissal of an occupational physician envisaged by the employer is submitted for the opinion of either the social and economic committee, the inter-company social and economic committee or the inter-company service control committee.

In jointly administered inter-company services, the proposed dismissal is submitted to the Board of Directors.

Tout licenciement d’un médecin du travail envisagé par l’employeur est soumis pour avis, soit au comité social et économique, soit au comité social et économique interentreprises ou à la commission de contrôle du service interentreprises.

Dans les services interentreprises administrés paritairement, le projet de licenciement est soumis au conseil d’administration.
