Article L4624-10 of the French Labour Code

Decrees in the Conseil d’Etat shall specify the procedures for action by the staff working in the occupational health and prevention services and the conditions for application of this chapter, in particular the procedures for the individual monitoring provided for in Article L. 4624-1, the procedures for identifying the workers referred to in Article L. 4624-2 and the procedures for the enhanced individual monitoring from which they benefit.

Des décrets en Conseil d’Etat précisent les modalités d’action des personnels concourant aux services de prévention et de santé au travail ainsi que les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, notamment les modalités du suivi individuel prévu à l’article L. 4624-1, les modalités d’identification des travailleurs mentionnés à l’article L. 4624-2 et les modalités du suivi individuel renforcé dont ils bénéficient.
