Article L483-10 of the French Commercial code

When a document not covered by the prohibitions set out in articles L. 483-5 and L. 483-8 has been obtained by a natural or legal person solely as a result of his access to the file of a competition authority, this document may only be used in the context of an action mentioned in this title by the said person or his beneficiary.

Article L483-10

Lorsqu’une pièce ne relevant pas des interdictions prévues aux articles L. 483-5 et L. 483-8 a été obtenue par une personne physique ou morale uniquement grâce à son accès au dossier d’une autorité de concurrence, cette pièce ne peut être utilisée que dans le cadre d’une action mentionnée au présent titre par ladite personne ou son ayant droit.
