Article L511-60 of the French Commercial code

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the terms and conditions for the application of the provisions of this sub-section. In particular, it shall set the amount of remuneration payable to notaries or bailiffs who have drawn up protests and to commercial court registrars for the various formalities for which they are responsible.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’application des dispositions de la présente sous-section. Il fixe notamment le montant des rémunérations dues aux notaires ou huissiers ayant dressé les protêts et aux greffiers des tribunaux de commerce pour les différentes formalités dont ils sont chargés.
