Without prejudice to other provisions applicable in this area, the Appointments Committee shall set a target for the balanced representation of women and men on the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board or any other body exercising equivalent functions. It shall draw up a policy designed to achieve this objective.
The objective and the policy of credit institutions, as well as the methods of implementation, shall be made public in accordance with Article 435(2)(c) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013.
Finance companies are required to comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph.
