Article L512-22-2 of the French Consumer Code

For the application of the third paragraph of the article 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the public prosecutor may, for the same purposes and under the same conditions, make public, through the intermediary of competition, consumer affairs and fraud control officers, objective elements drawn from the proceedings that do not include any assessment of the merits of the charges against the accused persons.

Pour l’application du troisième alinéa de l’article 11 du code de procédure pénale, le procureur de la République peut, aux mêmes fins et dans les mêmes conditions, rendre publics, par l’intermédiaire des agents de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes, des éléments objectifs tirés de la procédure ne comportant aucune appréciation sur le bien-fondé des charges retenues contre les personnes mises en cause.
