Article L512-62 of the French Consumer Code

The originals of the report and the inventory of the objects, documents and data media seized are sent to the judge who ordered the visit.
A copy is given to the occupier of the premises or his representative.
Where applicable, a copy of these documents is also sent, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the persons implicated by the items seized during the operation.

Les originaux du procès-verbal et de l’inventaire des objets, documents et supports d’information saisis sont transmis au juge qui a ordonné la visite.
Une copie en est remise à l’occupant des lieux ou à son représentant.
Le cas échéant, la copie de ces documents est également adressée, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, aux personnes mises en cause par les pièces saisies au cours de l’opération.
