Where the order referred to in Article L. 512-52 concerns the investigation of breaches of the provisions of Book IV, the public prosecutor with territorial jurisdiction shall be informed by the competition and consumer affairs authority of the proposed visit and seizure operation prior to referral to the liberties and detention judge, and may oppose it.

Lorsque l’ordonnance mentionnée à l’article L. 512-52 concerne la recherche d’infractions aux dispositions du livre IV, le procureur de la République territorialement compétent est informé par l’autorité chargée de la concurrence et de la consommation du projet d’opération de visite et saisie préalablement à la saisine du juge des libertés et de la détention, et peut s’y opposer.
