Authorised agents may demand to be provided with documents of any kind likely to facilitate the performance of their duties. They may obtain them or take copies of them, by any means and on any medium, or seize these documents wherever they may be found.

Les agents habilités peuvent exiger la communication de documents de toute nature propres à faciliter l’accomplissement de leur mission. Ils peuvent les obtenir ou en prendre copie, par tout moyen et sur tout support, ou procéder à la saisie de ces documents en quelques mains qu’ils se trouvent.
