Article L5125-7-2 of the French Public Health Code

Where several pharmacies are located within the airport, an on-call and emergency service is organised between the pharmacies to meet passengers’ medication needs during the days and hours when the airport is open.

The organisation of the on-call and emergency service set up in each airport is communicated by the pharmacies concerned to the regional representative of each representative union of pharmacists referred to inarticle L. 162-33 of the Social Security Code and to the director general of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction.

Lorsque plusieurs officines sont implantées au sein de l’aéroport, un service de garde et d’urgence est organisé entre les officines pour répondre aux besoins en médicaments des passagers durant les jours et heures d’ouverture de l’aéroport.

L’organisation du service de garde et d’urgence mise en place dans chaque aéroport est communiquée par les pharmacies concernées au représentant régional de chaque syndicat représentatif des pharmaciens titulaires d’officine mentionné à l’article L. 162-33 du code de la sécurité sociale et au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement compétente.
