Article L5125-7 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of Article L. 5125-4, for the opening of a pharmacy by way of transfer or grouping within an airport, the number of inhabitants counted is replaced by the annual number of passengers at the airport.

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency may authorise the opening of a pharmacy where the annual number of passengers at the airport is at least 3,000,000.

The opening of an additional pharmacy may be authorised under the same conditions for each additional 20,000,000 passengers per year.

Article L5125-7

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 5125-4, pour l’ouverture d’une officine par voie de transfert ou de regroupement au sein d’un aéroport, le nombre d’habitants recensés est remplacé par le nombre annuel de passagers de l’aéroport.

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé peut autoriser cette ouverture lorsque le nombre annuel de passagers de l’aéroport est au moins égal à 3 000 000.

L’ouverture d’une officine supplémentaire peut être autorisée selon les mêmes modalités par tranche de 20 000 000 de passagers supplémentaires par an.
