Article L513-10-6 of the French Public Health Code

The placing on the market of a tattoo product, whether free of charge or against payment, is subject to the transmission to the poison control centres mentioned in article L. 6141-4, designated by joint order of the ministers responsible for consumption, industry and health, of appropriate and sufficient information concerning the substances used in this product.

La mise sur le marché à titre gratuit ou onéreux d’un produit de tatouage est subordonnée à la transmission aux centres antipoison mentionnés à l’article L. 6141-4, désignés par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la consommation, de l’industrie et de la santé, d’informations adéquates et suffisantes concernant les substances utilisées dans ce produit.

La liste de ces informations est fixée par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la consommation, de l’industrie et de la santé.
