Article L5131-7 of the French Labour Code

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat will determine the terms and conditions for the application of this chapter, in particular :

1° The terms and conditions of the contractual support pathway to employment and independence referred to in article L. 5131-4 and the commitment contract referred to in article L. 5131-6, as well as the nature of the commitments of each party to the contract ;

2° The conditions under which the public or private bodies mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 5131-6 implement the commitment contract mentioned in the same article;

3° The duration and terms of allocation, modulation, payment, suspension and withdrawal of the allowance referred to in article L. 5131-6 and the one-off allowance referred to in article L. 5131-5.

Article L5131-7

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’application du présent chapitre, notamment :

1° Les modalités du parcours contractualisé d’accompagnement vers l’emploi et l’autonomie mentionné à l’article L. 5131-4 et du contrat d’engagement mentionné à l’article L. 5131-6, ainsi que la nature des engagements de chaque partie au contrat ;

2° Les conditions dans lesquelles les organismes publics ou privés mentionnés au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 5131-6 mettent en œuvre le contrat d’engagement mentionné au même article ;

3° La durée et les modalités d’attribution, de modulation, de versement, de suspension et de suppression de l’allocation mentionnée à l’article L. 5131-6 et de l’allocation ponctuelle mentionnée à l’article L. 5131-5.
