The beneficiary of a job with a future is employed full-time.
However, when the beneficiary’s career path or situation justifies it, in particular to facilitate training, or when the nature of the job or the volume of activity does not allow the employment of a full-time employee, the weekly working time may be set as part-time, with the employee’s agreement, after authorisation from the persons mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 5134-19-1. In this case, it may not be less than half the weekly full-time working time. As soon as the conditions make it possible to increase the weekly working time, the contract and the associated application may be amended to this effect with the agreement of the persons mentioned in the same 1° and 2°.
