The employment contract, combined with aid for professional integration granted under an employment support contract, is an employment contract under private law, either for a fixed term, concluded in application of article L. 1242-3, or for an indefinite term. It covers jobs designed to meet unmet collective needs.
It may not be concluded to fill jobs in State services.
Le contrat de travail, associé à une aide à l’insertion professionnelle attribuée au titre d’un contrat d’accompagnement dans l’emploi, est un contrat de travail de droit privé, soit à durée déterminée, conclu en application de l’article L. 1242-3, soit à durée indéterminée. Il porte sur des emplois visant à satisfaire des besoins collectifs non satisfaits.
Il ne peut être conclu pour pourvoir des emplois dans les services de l’Etat.
