Article L5135-4 of the French Labour Code

Periods of work experience are the subject of an agreement between the beneficiary, the structure in which the work experience is provided, the body responsible for prescribing the measure as referred to in article L. 5135-2 and the support structure, where this is separate from the body responsible for prescribing the measure. A decree determines the terms and conditions of this agreement and its content.

Les périodes de mise en situation en milieu professionnel font l’objet d’une convention entre le bénéficiaire, la structure dans laquelle il effectue la mise en situation en milieu professionnel, l’organisme prescripteur de la mesure mentionné à l’article L. 5135-2 et la structure d’accompagnement, lorsqu’elle est distincte de l’organisme prescripteur. Un décret détermine les modalités de conclusion de cette convention et son contenu.
