Article L5141-15-1 of the French Public Health Code

Health professionals, establishments, persons or organisations appearing on a list established by decree in the Conseil d’Etat are required to declare any effects likely to be attributed to the use of a veterinary medicinal product.

This decree also determines the obligations of these professionals with regard to the declaration of the effects of a medicinal product for human use administered to an animal, including under the conditions provided for in article L. 5143-4, as well as the conditions of application of this article.

Article L5141-15-1

Les professionnels de santé, les établissements, personnes ou organismes figurant sur une liste fixée par décret en Conseil d’Etat sont tenus de déclarer les effets susceptibles d’être imputés à l’utilisation d’un médicament vétérinaire.

Ce décret détermine également les obligations de ces professionnels relatives à la déclaration des effets d’un médicament à usage humain administré à un animal y compris dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 5143-4, ainsi que les conditions d’application du présent article.
