The Supervisory Board has an Investment Committee and other specialised committees, the list and powers of which are set out in its internal regulations.
The role of the Investment Committee is to oversee the implementation of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations’ investment policy. It is informed in advance of transactions that lead Caisse des dépôts et consignations to acquire or dispose of equity securities or securities giving access to the capital of a company in excess of the thresholds defined in the internal regulations of the Supervisory Board. It may be delegated the power to approve investment and divestment transactions, in accordance with the procedures defined in the Supervisory Board’s internal regulations.
