Disabled workers benefit from the financial assistance granted to vocational training trainees and provided for in Title IV of Book III of Part Six, subject to adaptations to their particular situation.

In addition, disabled workers may benefit, at the end of their training period, from bonuses designed to facilitate their redeployment, the amount and conditions of which are determined by the association mentioned in article L. 5214-1.

These bonuses are not cumulative with bonuses of the same nature which the disabled worker may receive under the legislation to which he/she is subject.

Le travailleur handicapé bénéficie des aides financières accordées aux stagiaires de la formation professionnelle et prévues par le titre IV du livre III de la sixième partie, sous réserve d’adaptations à leur situation particulière.

En outre, le travailleur handicapé peut bénéficier, à l’issue de son stage, de primes destinées à faciliter son reclassement dont le montant et les conditions d’attribution sont déterminés par l’association mentionnée à l’article L. 5214-1.

Ces primes ne se cumulent pas avec les primes de même nature dont le travailleur handicapé pourrait bénéficier au titre de la législation dont il relève.
