The purpose of the Fonds de Développement pour l’Insertion Professionnelle des Handicapés (Development Fund for the Professional Integration of the Disabled) is to increase the resources devoted to the integration of the disabled in the ordinary working environment.

The management of this fund is entrusted to an association administered by representatives of employees, employers and disabled people, as well as by qualified individuals.

The association’s articles of association are approved by the administrative authority.

Le fonds de développement pour l’insertion professionnelle des handicapés a pour objet d’accroître les moyens consacrés à l’insertion des handicapés en milieu ordinaire de travail.

La gestion de ce fonds est confiée à une association administrée par des représentants des salariés, des employeurs et des personnes handicapées ainsi que par des personnalités qualifiées.

Les statuts de l’association sont agréés par l’autorité administrative.
