Article L5217-10-10 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Chairman of the Metropolitan Council presents the administrative account to the Metropolitan Council each year, which debates it under the chairmanship of one of its members.

The Chairman of the Metropolitan Council may, even if he is no longer in office, attend the discussion. He must withdraw when the vote is taken.

The administrative account is adopted by the metropolitan council.

Previously, the metropolitan council adopts the management account for the financial year ended.

Le président du conseil de la métropole présente annuellement le compte administratif au conseil de la métropole, qui en débat sous la présidence de l’un de ses membres.

Le président du conseil de la métropole peut, même s’il n’est plus en fonctions, assister à la discussion. Il doit se retirer au moment du vote.

Le compte administratif est adopté par le conseil de la métropole.

Préalablement, le conseil de la métropole arrête le compte de gestion de l’exercice clos.
