Article L5217-10-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The certified accounts of the bodies mentioned in 4° of Article L. 5217-10-14 are transmitted to the metropolitan authority.

They are communicated by the metropolitan authority to the elected members of the metropolitan authority council who so request, under the conditions provided for in article L. 2121-13, as well as to any interested party, under the conditions set out in l’article L. 2121-26.

Transmitted by the metropolitan authority to the State representative and to the metropolitan authority’s accounting officer in support of the administrative account are the certified accounts of bodies that do not have a public accounting officer and for which the metropolitan authority:

1° Holds at least 33% of the capital; or

2° Has guaranteed a loan; or

3° Has paid a grant in excess of €75,000 or representing more than 50% of the income shown in the organisation’s profit and loss account and exceeding the threshold provided for in the fourth paragraph of article 10 of law no. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000.

Les comptes certifiés des organismes mentionnés au 4° de l’article L. 5217-10-14 sont transmis à la métropole.

Ils sont communiqués par la métropole aux élus du conseil de la métropole qui en font la demande, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 2121-13, ainsi qu’à toute personne intéressée, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 2121-26.

Sont transmis par la métropole au représentant de l’Etat et au comptable de la métropole à l’appui du compte administratif les comptes certifiés des organismes non dotés d’un comptable public et pour lesquels la métropole :

1° Détient au moins 33 % du capital ; ou

2° A garanti un emprunt ; ou

3° A versé une subvention supérieure à 75 000 € ou représentant plus de 50 % du produit figurant au compte de résultat de l’organisme et dépassant le seuil prévu par le quatrième alinéa de l’article 10 de la loi n° 2000-321 du 12 avril 2000.
