Without prejudice to article L. 2212-2 and notwithstanding article L. 2213-32, the president of the metropolitan council exercises the powers enabling him to regulate external fire defence.

Without prejudice to article L. 2212-2 and notwithstanding articles L. 2213-1 to L. 2213-6-1, the president of the council of the metropolis exercises the prerogatives of the mayors with regard to the traffic and parking police on intercommunal roads outside built-up areas.

Sans préjudice de l’article L. 2212-2 et par dérogation à l’article L. 2213-32, le président du conseil de la métropole exerce les attributions lui permettant de réglementer la défense extérieure contre l’incendie.

Sans préjudice de l’article L. 2212-2 et par dérogation aux articles L. 2213-1 à L. 2213-6-1, le président du conseil de la métropole exerce les prérogatives des maires en matière de police de la circulation et du stationnement sur les routes intercommunales en dehors des agglomérations.
