Article L522-5-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The institutions referred to in this chapter shall indicate in their annual report the amount and characteristics of the loans they finance or distribute that meet the definition referred to in III of article 80 of law no. 2005-32 of 18 January 2005 on social cohesion and benefit in this respect from public guarantees.

Les établissements visés au présent chapitre indiquent dans leur rapport annuel le montant et les caractéristiques des prêts qu’ils financent ou qu’ils distribuent répondant à la définition visée au III de l’article 80 de la loi n° 2005-32 du 18 janvier 2005 de programmation pour la cohésion sociale et bénéficiant à ce titre de garanties publiques.
