Article L5315-1 of the French Labour Code

A State-owned industrial and commercial public body contributes to the public employment service mentioned in article L. 5311-1. To this end:

1° It participates in the training and qualification of people who are furthest from employment and contributes to their social and professional integration;

2° It contributes to the certification policy implemented by the Minister for Employment;

3° It contributes to equal access for men and women to vocational training and to the promotion of a mix of occupations;

4° It contributes to equal access to public employment and vocational training services throughout France.

Article L5315-1

Un établissement public de l’Etat à caractère industriel et commercial contribue au service public de l’emploi mentionné à l’article L. 5311-1. A ce titre :

1° Il participe à la formation et à la qualification des personnes les plus éloignées de l’emploi et contribue à leur insertion sociale et professionnelle ;

2° Il contribue à la politique de certification menée par le ministre chargé de l’emploi ;

3° Il contribue à l’égal accès des femmes et des hommes à la formation professionnelle et à la promotion de la mixité des métiers ;

4° Il contribue à l’égal accès, sur l’ensemble du territoire, aux services publics de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle.
