Article L5321-3 of the French Labour Code

No direct or indirect remuneration may be demanded from jobseekers in return for the provision of placement services, subject to the provisions of :

1° Article L. 7121-9, relating to the conditions of placement, for consideration, of performing artists ;

2° ofarticle L. 222-6 of the French Sports Code, relating to the conditions for exercising the activity of sports agent.

Aucune rétribution, directe ou indirecte, ne peut être exigée des personnes à la recherche d’un emploi en contrepartie de la fourniture de services de placement, sous réserve des dispositions :

1° De l’article L. 7121-9, relatives aux conditions de placement, à titre onéreux, des artistes du spectacle ;

2° De l’article L. 222-6 du code du sport, relatives aux conditions d’exercice de l’activité d’agent sportif.
