Article L5324-1 of the French Public Health Code

The Agency shall make public the agendas and minutes, together with details and explanations of votes, including minority opinions, but excluding any information covered by business or medical confidentiality, of the meetings of the commissions, committees and collegiate expert bodies mentioned in I of Article L. 1451-1, whose opinions form the basis of an administrative decision.

The procedures for applying the first paragraph, and in particular the conditions of publicity, are laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L5324-1

L’agence rend publics l’ordre du jour et les comptes rendus, assortis des détails et explications des votes, y compris les opinions minoritaires, à l’exclusion de toute information relevant du secret des affaires ou du secret médical, des réunions des commissions, des comités et des instances collégiales d’expertise mentionnés au I de l’article L. 1451-1, dont les avis fondent une décision administrative.

Les modalités d’application du premier alinéa, et notamment les conditions de la publicité, sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
