They are administered in accordance with the rules laid down for departmental management.
Their administration is carried out by departmental councillors elected for this purpose.
Where they involve regional councils or municipal councils, they are governed by the provisions of chapitre Ier du titre II du livre VII de la présente partie et leur conseil d’administration comprend des représentants de tous les conseils ainsi associés.
