Article L5421-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of the second paragraph of article L. 3313-1 apply to interdepartmental cooperation establishments. The places where the documents are made available to the public are the head office of the establishment and the hotels of the member departments.

Les dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 3313-1 s’appliquent aux établissements de coopération interdépartementale. Les lieux de mise à disposition du public sont le siège de l’établissement et les hôtels des départements membres.
