Article L5423-7 of the French Public Health Code

When the judicial authority receives a prosecution in application of the articles of this chapter, with the exception of article L. 5423-6, the representative of the State in the département may order the temporary closure of the establishment.

Natural persons guilty of an offence under the articles of this chapter, with the exception of article L. 5423-6, incur the additional penalty of temporary or permanent closure of the establishment.

Article L5423-7

Lorsque l’autorité judiciaire est saisie d’une poursuite par application des articles du présent chapitre à l’exception de l’article L. 5423-6, le représentant de l’Etat dans le département peut prononcer la fermeture provisoire de l’établissement.

Les personnes physiques coupables d’une infraction prévue aux articles du présent chapitre, à l’exception de l’article L. 5423-6, encourent la peine complémentaire de fermeture temporaire ou définitive de l’établissement.
