When a prosecution is brought by the judicial authority in application of the articles mentioned in this chapter, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency may order the temporary closure of the pharmacy.
Natural persons guilty of an offence under this chapter are liable to the additional penalty of temporary or permanent closure of the pharmacy.
Lorsque l’autorité judiciaire est saisie d’une poursuite par application des articles mentionnés au présent chapitre, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé peut prononcer la fermeture provisoire de l’officine.
Les personnes physiques coupables d’une infraction prévue au présent chapitre, encourent la peine complémentaire de la fermeture temporaire ou définitive de l’officine.
