Article L551-15 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Material reception conditions may be refused, in whole or in part, to the applicant in the following cases:
1° He refuses the region of orientation determined in application of article L. 551-3;
2° He refuses the offer of accommodation made to him in application of article L. 552-8;
3° They submit a request for their asylum application to be re-examined;
4° They have not applied for asylum, without a legitimate reason, within the period stipulated in 3° of article L. 531-27.
The decision to refuse material reception conditions taken in application of this article shall be in writing and substantiated. It shall take account of the applicant’s vulnerability.

Article L551-15

Les conditions matérielles d’accueil peuvent être refusées, totalement ou partiellement, au demandeur dans les cas suivants :
1° Il refuse la région d’orientation déterminée en application de l’article L. 551-3 ;
2° Il refuse la proposition d’hébergement qui lui est faite en application de l’article L. 552-8 ;
3° Il présente une demande de réexamen de sa demande d’asile ;
4° Il n’a pas sollicité l’asile, sans motif légitime, dans le délai prévu au 3° de l’article L. 531-27.
La décision de refus des conditions matérielles d’accueil prise en application du présent article est écrite et motivée. Elle prend en compte la vulnérabilité du demandeur.
