Unless there are compelling reasons or they have been summoned by an authority or court, applicants wishing to leave their region of residence temporarily must apply for authorisation from the French Office for Immigration and Integration, which will issue its decision as soon as possible, taking into account the applicant’s personal and family circumstances.
