Asylum seekers accommodated in the accommodation facilities mentioned in article L. 552-1 benefit from social and administrative support.The minimum standards for social and administrative support in these accommodation facilities are defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. The aim of this decree is to gradually standardise the conditions of care in these facilities.
