Article L551-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The conditions under which persons who have been recognised as refugees or granted the benefit of subsidiary protection and persons who have been the subject of a final rejection decision may be, on an exceptional and temporary basis, kept in a place of accommodation mentioned in article L. 552-1, are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Les conditions dans lesquelles les personnes s’étant vu reconnaître la qualité de réfugié ou accorder le bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire et les personnes ayant fait l’objet d’une décision de rejet définitive peuvent être, à titre exceptionnel et temporaire, maintenues dans un lieu d’hébergement mentionné à l’article L. 552-1, sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
